☁️🌱How long is your processing time?

Orders on ready-to-ship items will be processed within 1-3 business days. Custom made orders will be processed and shipped within 10-14 business days.

☁️🌱Custom and personalized orders

If you see a design you like and wonder if it would be possible to change the finish (i.e. silver, gold, copper, brass, etc.) or color options, please reach out to me and I will be happy to accommodate you and create a custom listing if possible.

I primarily create pieces made with metal of a copper or brass base, plated with silver or gold. This offers more affordable options, though base metals of copper and brass will show signs of tarnish over time with extended wear or exposure to moisture.

If you would like a long-lasting, non-tarnishing piece, please inquire about substituting gold or silver plated base metals with sterling silver, stainless steel or a gold-filled base. Existing and custom designs can be made with these materials for an additional materials cost.

Measurements are posted in each individual listing. If you have questions or a special request regarding sizing, please reach out to me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

☁️🌱Care instructions

To prolong the life of your handmade jewelry, please avoid perfumes or sprays and/or getting your jewelry wet. Wiping jewelry down with a clean, dry cloth after wear and storing jewelry in a cool, dry place will help remove oils and reduce tarnish. Please note that oxygen and moisture accelerates the rate of tarnish and all brass & copper--based jewelry is susceptible to tarnish over time.

☁️🌱Lost or stolen mail

I cannot assume responsibility or give refunds for packages that are lost or stolen. Once packages are handed off at the post office, I am not able to assume responsibility for how packages are handled en route to you.

☁️🌱Order cancellations/revisions

I accept cancellations/revisions before orders have been packaged and shipped. If I have already packaged your order I will be able to make revisions or accept cancellations for a repackaging or restocking fee of $5 to cover the cost of packaging materials and shipping labels.

☁️🌱Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address. USPS provides options for the fastest and cheapest shipping options available.

☁️🌱Returns & Damaged items

I cannot accept returns on jewelry due to hygienic reasons. For returns on non-jewelry items, I will accept returns and issue a refund if the item is returned in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or breaks due to an error of mine, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, along with a photo. Please specify what the damage or defect is, i.e., damage to the mailer, or item etc. All claims of damage will be addressed on a case by case basis. If an item arrives in wearable condition and is damaged by use, I will not be able to provide a refund or replacement. If a claim is made after 3 days of an item being delivered, I cannot assume responsibility for items within that order.

☁️🌱Is all jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?

All materials used are always lead and nickel free, typically of a brass or copper base plated with gold or silver. I do not currently offer options of gold or silver-filled jewelry, so please be mindful of any metal sensitivities or allergies you may have.

☁️🌱Differentiation among items

I do my best to photograph items well, but because each item is handmade, please understand there may be minor differences between the listing photos and product. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to make it right!
